California VPN Connection Issues and Fix

All,


You may have had some connection issues with the Cisco VPN. We have worked diligently with the Peer Provider and CalDoJ to remove the VPN requirement. We have tested the software update that fixes this and now you can get this software update if you are a California livescan customer with an active support plan.


To get this update, you will need to submit a ticket in our helpdesk. Please log into your Fulcrum Helpdesk account and do so.
